Our API (application programming interface) gives us a real-time data snapshot for each process of order fulfillment. Here is an overview of some of the features of the API protocols and how they promote your business:

Order API

Order API provides companies with large amounts of data related to orders. Orders in the system can be monitored, changed, and cancelled. New orders can also be created. If you need to you are able to select specific orders and then get detailed information regarding those orders and the products they contain. Invoices can be modified, as well as packing slips. Tracking information is always available. You can also create lists for things like open orders or completed orders. Customers have the capability to create additional tracking endpoints if they need them.

Stock API

Managing your inventory is an absolute must. Inventory levels directly affect your business. Spoiled products or out of stock events will directly result in lost sales. If you don’t have the product on hand, you can’t make the sale.

The system provides real-time notifications to alert you to low inventory levels or expiring stock. These alerts give you time to place an order with your suppliers so you can avoid running out of product. And remember, the AI system can even put together a suggested order for you based on your sales history.

Returns API

Returns are certainly not a favorite of business owners, but they are unavoidable. Returns API may not make you love returns but it will certainly make them a lot easier to deal with. Information will be provided as to what products are being returned and why the customer is returning the item.

Reports can be easily generated for any number of criteria or data you wish to view. Returns API will generate labels along with postage for the return item. Once tracking information is obtained, it will be published and available to you and the customer.

Returns API also informs your supplier that a return for a product has been initiated.

Notifications API

Customers are encouraged to sign up for our Notifications API. You will be provided with updates on each order along with other fulfillment processes so that you can see what is going on at any given time with regards to your order fulfillment operations.

Even though you can’t physically be on site, you can still stay on top of everything that is going on. You will have access to just about every piece of information you could possibly want and be able to communicate with us to make changes when needed. It’s the next best thing to being there.
